Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how Bintra works, what listed businesses are responsible for, and how subscriptions, verification, reviews and cancellations are handled.

Bintra provides a searchable directory of waste carriers and waste removal companies, waste carrier verification tools, business profile listings, customer reviews and ratings, and licence verification information.
Bintra is not a waste carrier, waste broker, waste collection company, or disposal service.
Any agreement for waste collection or disposal is made directly between the customer and the waste carrier.
3. Business Listings
Businesses subscribing to Bintra may create a business profile, upload logos and images, publish company information, receive customer reviews, and display verification badges where applicable.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and kept up to date.
4. Verification
Bintra may verify Waste Carrier Licences, contact details, insurance documents, and business information.
Verification does not guarantee service quality, reliability or future compliance.
Verification status may be removed at any time if information becomes inaccurate, expired or misleading.
5. Subscription Fees
Business listings require an active subscription.
Current pricing is £8.99 per month or £89 per year.
Bintra may offer a free trial during signup. Payment details may be collected before the trial starts, with billing beginning after the trial unless cancelled.
Bintra reserves the right to change pricing for future subscriptions.
6. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
The customer authorises Bintra and its payment provider to collect recurring subscription payments.
7. Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
Access remains active until the end of the paid term.
8. Immediate Access Waiver
By purchasing a subscription, the subscriber expressly requests immediate access to Bintra services and listing benefits.
The subscriber acknowledges that once access has been granted and the listing created, the statutory cooling-off period is waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Reviews
Users may submit reviews.
Reviews must be honest, relate to genuine experiences, and must not contain abusive, defamatory or unlawful content.
Bintra reserves the right to remove reviews at its discretion.
10. Prohibited Content
Businesses may not upload content that is false or misleading, infringes intellectual property rights, contains offensive or unlawful material, or misrepresents licences, qualifications or insurance.
11. Intellectual Property
All Bintra branding, design, content and software remain the property of Bintra.
Businesses retain ownership of their uploaded logos, images and content.
12. Limitation of Liability
Bintra provides directory and verification services only.
Bintra is not responsible for work carried out by listed businesses, customer disputes, fly-tipping incidents, service quality, or losses arising from arrangements made between users and businesses.
Users engage businesses at their own risk.
13. Account Suspension
Bintra may suspend or remove accounts for non-payment, false information, licence expiry, breach of these terms, or fraudulent activity.
14. Changes To These Terms
Bintra may update these terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
