Bintra currently offers a Monthly Subscription at £8.99 per month and an Annual Subscription at £89 per year.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
When a subscription is cancelled, future payments will stop, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be taken unless the subscription is reactivated.
Upon successful payment, Bintra immediately provides access to subscription benefits including business profile creation, search result visibility, verification services, customer review functionality, analytics dashboard access and listing management tools.
By completing a purchase, the subscriber expressly requests immediate access to these digital services.
Under UK consumer legislation, certain digital services may lose cancellation rights once performance has begun.
By subscribing to Bintra and gaining immediate access to the platform, the subscriber requests immediate access to the service, acknowledges that service delivery begins immediately, and agrees that the right to cancel may be affected once access has been granted and services have commenced.
As Bintra provides immediate access to digital services and listing benefits, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will not normally be provided for change of mind, failure to use the service, business closure, forgotten renewals, lack of enquiries or leads, or suspension resulting from breaches of Bintra's Terms & Conditions.
Bintra may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis where duplicate payments have been taken, a technical issue prevented access to purchased services, billing errors occurred, or a payment was made in error and no services have been used.
Any refund decision remains at Bintra's sole discretion.
If a recurring payment fails, Bintra may retry payment collection, listing visibility may be restricted, verification badges may be removed, and the account may be suspended until payment is successfully received.
Bintra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, false or misleading information, licence expiry, fraudulent activity, or breach of Terms & Conditions.
No refunds will be issued where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of Bintra's policies.
Where Bintra offers a free trial, payment details may be collected during signup and billing will begin when the trial ends unless cancelled before the trial expiry date.
Promotional offers may be withdrawn or changed for future subscribers at Bintra's discretion.
Bintra may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time.
